Anil Singhal co-founded NETSCOUT and serves as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. Under his leadership, NETSCOUT has grown substantially in the past three decades, completing its IPO in 1999 and is expected to have revenue north of $1 billion in fiscal year 2017. Anil is credited with numerous innovations in the field of network traffic monitoring and analysis that have helped NETSCOUT gain several industry accolades. He has also played an instrumental role in several strategic acquisitions that have fortified and enhanced our technology, customer base and go-to-market capabilities.

Dan Brosnan

Chief Financial Officer

Dan Brosnan brings over 25 years of experience in key financial roles within the high tech industry and public accounting. Prior to his position as CFO at Arbor Networks, Dan served with distinction as the company’s Controller and Senior Finance Director, where he made significant contributions by building Arbor’s financial planning and analysis capabilities. A licensed CPA, Dan also worked for six years in the audit department at the global accounting firm KPMG.

Chris Gaebler

Chris Gaebler leads our global marketing initiatives, including demand generation, marketing operations, public and analyst relations, web, social media and events. Chris has more than 20 years of high tech marketing experience. Before joining Arbor, Chris was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Kaspersky Lab in North America, where he led marketing teams that generated substantial revenue and brand growth. Previously, Chris launched and managed two media platforms at Pulsepoint Media. Chris also led marketing teams at Sony Electronics, Accenture and Idealab.

Tom Lyons

Vice President of Product Management

Tom Lyons is Arbor’s Vice President of Product Management. Tom brings diverse experience across Systems Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing as well as Threat Research. At Arbor, Tom is responsible for the development of Arbor’s complete portfolio of products and services, from DDOS appliances and Arbor Cloud managed services to ISP visibility, advanced threat and ATLAS threat intelligence solutions. Before joining Arbor, Tom served as Vice President of Product Management for Fidelis Cybersecurity, a cybersecurity company offering network and endpoint detection, security analytics and incident response services. Prior to Fidelis, Tom held a variety of senior roles at Solera Networks, Cisco, IronPort Systems, and Nokia.

Bonnie Calnan

Director Human Resources

Bonnie Calnan leads Arbor Network’s HR functions and brings over 15 years of HR experience to the role. Since joining us in 2007, she has held several key positions within our HR organization. Bonnie has been instrumental in maintaining our collaborative and open culture through a period of rapid global growth and transition. Working closely with our management team, she played a major role in the successful integration of Packetloop following its acquisition by Arbor. She was also instrumental in ensuring Arbor’s smooth integration with Danaher and NETSCOUT. Previously, Bonnie worked in various HR roles at Teradyne and St. Mary's Credit Union.

Jeff Buhl

Vice President Sales - Asia Pacific

Jeff Buhl leads our sales and channel initiatives in the Asia Pacific region as we continue to expand in the area. He brings over 20 years of international business leadership experience, with the last 12 years spent in Asia Pacific focused on mobile and network security. Before joining us in 2013, Jeff held senior leadership roles at NQ Mobile, Good Technology, BEA Systems, and Deloitte Consulting. He has also been involved at the ground level of several successful start-up businesses.

Carlos Morales

Vice President Sales Engineering

Carlos Morales is responsible for global pre-sales support, solutions architecture, field operations and implementation of our security and network visibility portfolios. He brings more than two decades of experience in deploying security, routing and access solutions for service provider and enterprise networks. Before joining us in 2004, Carlos held management positions at Nortel Networks, where he served as director of systems engineering for access products. He also held systems engineering roles at Shiva Corporation, Crescent Networks and Hayes Microcomputer.

Brian Morgan

Vice President, Sales – North America

Brian Morgan leads our sales initiatives across North America as we continue to expand our market base. With over 20 years’ experience in the networking industry, he brings extensive technical leadership in security, unified communications and collaboration technologies, managed services, solution selling and cloud computing. Before joining us in 2016, Brian served at Avaya as Vice President of Global Enterprise and Government Theater and as Vice President of U.S. Sales. He also held numerous roles at Cisco, including Global Retail and Logistics Industry Director and Client Director.

Daniel Villanueva

Vice President Sales - LATAM

Daniel Villanueva leads our business development, sales, marketing and strategic alliances in Latin America. He brings over 25 years’ experience in the IT, telecommunications and computer security industries working in the corporate and service provider markets. Prior to joining us in 2008, Daniel served as LATAM Sales Director for Logicalis, Business Development Manager at Novell and Senior Sales Manager at Nortel Networks.

Brian McCann

President, Security Division of NETSCOUT, including ARBOR Networks and PFS

Brian McCann leads NETSCOUT’s Security Divisions, including Arbor Networks and the Packet Flow Switch division, which has become the preferred choice for service assurance, cyberthreat visibility, and test lab optimization. Previously, Brian served as CEO of OnPath Technologies. Under his direction, revenue grew nearly fivefold and new product investment increased dramatically to expand applications for the company’s core technologies. Brian was the founding President of the U.S. division of ADVA Optical Networking and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of the global organization. During his tenure, the North American business grew to over $100 million in revenues as global revenues exceeded $350 million.

Scott Dawson

Scott Dawson drives our engineering-related strategy and programs to define the leading edge of network security and management for today’s network and security professionals. Scott works closely with product management, the Office of the CTO, operations and sales to deliver products to market according to our strategic vision and roadmaps. Since joining Arbor Networks in 2001, he has served in a variety of instrumental roles in engineering and development across multiple product lines.

Mike Hare

Mike Hare has successfully directed our worldwide operations and logistics functions since 2007. He brings more than 25 years of global operations experience in both public and private venture-backed companies. Before joining Arbor Networks, Mike served at Nova Analytics Corp. as the America’s General Manager responsible for sales, marketing, finance and operations. Previously, he worked at RSA Security as Vice President of Operations. Mike also ran the Major Account Direct division for Compaq and held various management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Senior Vice President, Global Sales

Tony King leads all global sales activities for our Direct, Indirect Channel, Sales Operations and OEM teams. He has over 30 years of Networking/Security/Telecom sales and sales leadership experience globally.

In his previous role as our VP EMEA, Tony was directly responsible for driving revenues and building out the EMEA team over a successful 5-year period. Before joining us in 2003, Tony served at Avici Systems as Sales Director. Prior to that he worked for Ericsson’s Datacom division as Regional Sales Director.

James Cater

Vice President Sales - Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)

James Cater brings over 25 years' experience across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Media and Service Provider organizations.

Prior to joining Arbor, James built and lead the Global Systems Integrators business at Tata Communications selling cloud-based Security and Unified Communications Network Solutions. During James’ earlier career he was responsible for Global Accounts, Global Partners and Vertical Markets at Hitachi Data Systems as well as multiple leadership roles at EMC.

Chris Conry

Chris Conry heads our global IT, compliance and office services organizations, leveraging more than two decades of experience in IT and operational leadership. Since joining us in 2007, Chris has promoted and delivered a business-enabling and agile cloud-first IT model. With a primary focus in growth-oriented high-tech businesses, he has driven large-scale IT transformation efforts, led IT integration activities for several mergers and acquisitions, and executed numerous office space expansions, re-locations, and progressive renovation projects. Previously, Chris held IT leadership roles at NMS Communications, GE Automation and Intellution.

Theresa Moriarty

Theresa Moriarty leads our sales development, inside sales, sales/channel operations and sales analytic organizations, drawing upon 18 years of experience. Since joining us in 2009, she has excelled at a variety of roles, including Revenue Manager. Previously, Theresa served as Director of Contracts at SkillSoft Corporation and as Contract Specialist at Cabletron Systems.

Jeremy Nicholls

Jeremy Nicholls heads our channel and alliance initiatives around the world. Previously, he served as our Director of Channels and Business Development for EMEA. Before joining us in 2011, Jeremy was Vice President of EMEA Sales for Niksun, where he drove significant growth within the investment banking, government and commercial verticals. During his career, Jeremy has led international expansion and growth programs for Microcom and Ericsson. He also led Polycom’s Northern European business, redesigning its channel and enterprise high-touch strategy.
