The breakout sessions and workshops are designed for individuals that are involved in the selection, implementation and support of Arbor products and services. Q | Are the Pre-Summit training sessions for new or skilled users? A | The Pre-Summit Workshop is ideal for companies that have just started or have yet to implement either Arbor Peakflow SP or the Arbor Ellacoya e-Series products. It is also for users who are looking for a bit more deep technical guidance with the products. Q | What is the agenda for the Summit? A | The agenda is posted online. Q | Is there a cost to attend the Customer Summit? A | Other than your travel and hotel costs, there is no fee to attend the Customer Summit. Q | How can I get more information about the Sol Melia Hotel and general information about Barcelona? A | For more information on the Sol Melia Hotel, please visit the hotel Web site. For more information on Barcelona visit http://www.whatbarcelona.com/. Q | How do I make hotel accommodations? A | All attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel accommodations by April 20th to ensure availability. To make a reservation, complete the reservation form and return it to the hotel via fax or email. Please make your reservations before April 20th to guarantee availability. Special rates have been confirmed at 185€ per night, valid through April 20, 2008. Q | How do I get from the airport to the conference? A | You should plan to arrange your own transportation from the airport to the conference. There are a few options from Barcelona’s International Airport to the hotel: Taxi A taxi costs approximately 35€ one way and plan on about a 25 minute trip from the airport. Q | Where can I park at the hotel? A | You can park in the hotel parking lot for 22€ Euros per day. Q | Are meals provided as part of the summit? A | All meals during the Americas Customer Summit will be provided by Arbor. Special dietary requirements should be indicated when you register. Any meals or snacks taken apart from the sponsored functions outlined in the agenda will be at your own expense. Q | What should I wear? A | Attire is business casual. Q | What's the weather like in Barcelona in May? A | Average high temperatures are around 70°F/21°C and average low temperatures are around 57°F/14°C. Q | When can I check-in and pick-up my registration materials? A | Registration will be open from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, May 19 and from 7:30 to 9:00 AM on Tuesday, May 20 outside the Barcelona Room. Q | What type of evening entertainment can I expect? A | On Monday evening, a Welcome Reception will be held at the hotel from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On Tuesday evening, you are invited to join Arbor for our Customer Appreciation event at El Principal, a unique and elegant venue in one of the most symbolic areas in Barcelona.
