Bill has more than 23 years of global experience in information technology, operational and business support solutions, business process outsourcing, and managed services in telecommunications. Prior to joining Arbor, Bill was responsible for all sales and alliance activities in the Caribbean and Latin America for Amdocs Ltd. Before Amdocs, Bill served as Vice President, Caribbean & Latin America for Portal Software (acquired by Oracle) where he built the business from the ground up extending Portal’s reach to covering over 35 Service Providers in the region. He also held senior sales management positions at Saville Systems, Computer Sciences Corporation and Interdigital Communications Corporation. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Wilkes University.
