Vice President, Global Operations

Phil brings over 25 years of experience to Arbor having held variety of Operations roles at both CM and OEM companies. Most recently Phil was the Vice-President of Operations for Ellacoya Networks which was acquired by Arbor in February 2008.

At Ellacoya, Phil was responsible for establishing the company’s outsourcing strategies, quality management system, ROHS / WEEE initiatives, logistics, manufacturing and test engineering.

Prior to Ellacoya Phil was the Director of Operations at Alcatel (formerly Astral Point Communications until 2002) where he was responsible for planning, purchasing/supply chain management, order administration, NPI, manufacturing and facilities management. Before Alcatel, he was an External Manufacturing Supplier Manager at Nortel Networks where he was responsible for strategy and implementation for the manufacturing of multiple products at multiple contract manufacturers. Phil has also held various manufacturing and operations positions with Gen Rad Corporation, Mack Technologies, Textron Defense Systems Corporation and Raytheon Company.

Phil holds a Masters Degree in Management from Lesley University and a BA from Salem Sate College.
