Before joining Arbor, Phil was Director of Supply Chain Management/Operations for Alcatel Communications (through the acquisition of Astral Point) where he was responsible for planning, purchasing/supply chain management, order administration, logistics, NPI, manufacturing and facilities management. Prior to Alcatel, he was External Manufacturing Supplier Manager at Nortel Networks where he was responsible for strategy and implementation for the manufacturing of multiple products with multiple contract manufacturers. Before Nortel, he held various manufacturing and operations positions with Gen Rad Corporation, Mack Technologies, Textron Systems Corporation and Raytheon Company.
