Chief Financial Officer Don Pratt brings 27 years of strong financial and executive leadership experience to Arbor Networks. Most recently, Don was CFO and Treasurer at Ellacoya Networks, where he provided fiscal and operational guidance to the company as well as managing relationships with private equity firms and financial institutions. Ellacoya was acquired by Arbor Networks in February 2008. Previously, Don served as CFO at Taqua, Inc. where he provided financial leadership to the company beginning in 1998 at the product concept stage through to the acquisition of the company by Tekelec in early 2004. Before Taqua, Don served as CFO at Crosby Valve Inc., an oil field equipment subsidiary of FMC Corporation where he had worldwide finance and IT responsibility. He also served as CFO for Boston Whaler, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Reebok International Ltd. and previously owned by CML Group. Don began his career at Texas Instruments where he held several positions of increasing responsibility from 1981 to 1986. Don holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, both from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. |
