Peakflow Product Support and Maintenance Service
Our technical support includes access to our Security Operations Center via phone and email, Monday thru Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM local time. In addition, you receive software maintenance updates, privileged access to the Customer Support Center, and advanced hardware replacement as part of this service. 24x7x365 support is available through our Gold Level Support Services program (contact your account manager for more details).
Peakflow Implementation Service
Our Implementation Service covers all the tasks necessary to analyze your network, install and configure your Peakflow solution, and provide post-implementation admin training. Arbor will assign a dedicated implementation engineer to work with you every step of the way.*
Peakflow Staging Service
Arbor will stage and pre-configure your solution for self-installation and remote system set-up. Remote deployment support from a dedicated systems engineer is included. Our staging service is ideal for customers who are looking to reduce the demand on their limited resources and keep their network implementation on schedule without the need for on-site implementation engineering support or training from Arbor.*
* Must be completed within 90 days of order date. Any travel and related expenses are not included.
