What We Do

Arbor Ellacoya e100 Configuration & Operations

In this course, participants learn about the e-Series e100 platform, and will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the platform and architecture. The course provides an overview of the many challenges that service providers face. The e100 offers an integrated suite of Service Logic Software (SLS) options that cover reporting, subscriber management, API writing and traffic monitoring, allowing for much greater network visibility. Participants will learn how to configure the e100 using the Web-based configuration tool Configuration Manager, and will know how to generate reports with interactive graphs and charts via easy-to-use interface called Reporting Manager. Additionally participants will learn how to interpret flow tables, subscriber applications, network signatures, and e100 network placement.

Target Audience: Network operations personnel, service provider project/program managers, ISP support engineers.

Location: Available as a private, onsite course at your company location or local training location at the Merrimack, NH site.
