Arbor e30 Installation & Provisioning

 

This course provides an overview of the Arbor e30 solution (“e30”) and equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to install it successfully. Participants also learn how to verify the successful installation of the Service Logic Software (SLS) and firmware on the e30 solution.

Target Audience: Network operations personnel, ISP support engineers and those responsible for racking and installing the e30 solution.

Location: Open-enrollment courses are delivered at the Arbor training facility in Chelmsford, MA USA. A private, on-site course is available at customer locations worldwide.

Upon completion, participants should be able to:
  • Describe the e30 solution.
  • Install the SLS and hardware components of the e30.
  • Perform firmware upgrades.
  • Perform configuration tasks using the Service Creation Manager (SCM) Graphical User Interface (GUI) tool.
  • Perform system monitoring and verification checks.
